A stunning peruvian species with a gold carapace, and gold legs and stunning blue femurs!
This is a newer species to the hobby and not well known, but the stunning contrast on the blue and gold coloration is just stunning, and something not found in many species in the hobby.
We are working with this species in efforts of breeding and have noticed at about 1" you can start to see the gold appear on the juveniles. We predict they will be similar to other species from Peru which get about 4-4.5" max size!
